The RU Admission Circular 2025 has already been published. The Admission Circular includes information on eligibility criteria, admission test dates, application procedures, and other relevant details and instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Rajshahi University Admission Circular 2024-2025, a preliminary application will be started first. After that, a shortlist will be prepared for each unit based on the primary applications. Shortlisted candidates will be required to fill out the final application form. Only those who submit the final application can download the admit card. Separate admission tests will be held for each unit on scheduled dates, and the results will be published after the tests. Students on the merit list will need to provide their subject preferences, and subjects will be assigned based on these preferences. According to the announcement, applications will be accepted in two phases: Preliminary application and Final application. The RU Admission 2024-25 process will be completed according to the announced roadmap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primary Application:<\/strong> 27 January to 5 February, 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Publication of Eligible Candidates List: <\/strong>10 February 2025 (1st Phase)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Final Application:<\/strong> 11 to 15 February 2025 (1st Phase)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admit Card Download:<\/strong> 5 March to 8 March 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admission Test Date:<\/strong> 12,19 and 26 April 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Admission Website:<\/strong> admission.ru.ac.bd<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"RU_Admission_Test_Date\"><\/span>RU Admission Test Date<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants will take the admission test for their respective units. The RU Admission Test 2024-2025 will be held on April 12, 19, and 26, 2025 (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The tests will be conducted in four shifts according to the following schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>9:00 AM to 10:00 AM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>11:00 AM to 12:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1:00 PM to 2:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3:00 PM to 4:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligibility_for_Application\"><\/span>Eligibility for Application<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Students interested in participating in the Rajshahi University admission test must meet the following eligibility criteria for the preliminary application:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students who have passed the HSC\/equivalent, Diploma-in-Commerce, BBS (Pre-Medical), HSC (Vocational) under the Bangladesh Technical Education Board, HSC under the Open University, A-Level, and other equivalent examinations (subject to approval by the HSC Equivalence Determination Committee) in 2023 and 2024 are eligible to apply for the admission test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>BBS (Pre-Medical) degree holders whose results have not yet been published must be in the application process. However, once their results are published, they can apply to the relevant unit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students who have passed the Diploma-in-Engineering under the Technical and Madrasa Education Board can also apply to the relevant unit. However, their GPA must be determined on a 5.00 scale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants who have passed the Humanities group must have a minimum GPA of 3.00 in both SSC\/equivalent and HSC\/equivalent examinations (including the fourth subject) with a total GPA of 7.00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants who have passed from the Commerce group must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in both SSC\/equivalent and HSC\/equivalent examinations (including the fourth subject) with a total GPA of 7.50.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants who have passed from the Science group must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in both SSC\/equivalent and HSC\/equivalent examinations (including the fourth subject) with a total GPA of 8.00.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For O-Level and A-Level examinations, applicants must have passed at least five subjects in O-Level and two subjects in A-Level. They must have at least a B grade in five subjects and at least a C grade in three subjects out of a total of three subjects in the passed level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students who have passed the O-Level, A-Level, and English Version (National Curriculum) examinations, and wish to take the test in English at the question paper center, must also apply online.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Primary_Application\"><\/span>Primary Application<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications are invited for admission to the first-year undergraduate\/honours classes for the academic year 2024-2025. Applicants must submit their primary applications online to the respective units following the rules published on the Rajshahi University website (<a href=\"http:\/\/admission.ru.ac.bd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/admission.ru.ac.bd<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primary applications will be accepted from 12:00 PM on January 5, 2025, to 12:00 AM on January 15, 2025. Candidates must pay 22 taka for the primary application for one or more units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"RU_Primary_Application_Result_2025\"><\/span>RU Primary Application Result 2025<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the primary applicants, a maximum of 92,000 (seventy-two thousand) applicants per unit, based on their HSC\/equivalent exam results, will be eligible to participate in the admission test. After the primary application deadline, a list of eligible candidates will be published for each unit. Eligible candidates can then proceed to fill out the final application form. The RU Primary Application Result 2025 will be released on 10 February 2025 through the admission.ru.ac.bd website. If a candidate applies for multiple units in the primary application and qualifies for multiple units, they must submit a final application for each unit. The RU Admit Card 2025 for units A, B, and C has been published today. The RU admission test admit card can be downloaded from the admission website admission.ru.ac.bd. Only those who have submitted the final application can download the admit card. The admit card must be downloaded between March 5 and March 8, 2025. The duration of the exam is 1 (one) hour. Each unit will have 80 questions, and each question will carry 1 (one) mark. The pass mark for the admission test is 40.
