Student Vaccine Registration has been started through the https://surokkha.gov.bd/birth-reg-enroll website in Bangladesh. School and college students will be able to register through the birth registration number. Students between the ages of 12 and 17 can register for the Covid-19 vaccine. University Students can also be completed the Registration for Vaccination through Surokkha website.

Students need to register through the Surokkha website for the Covid-19 vaccine. The information that has already been obtained from the educational institution has been updated in the surokkha.gov.bd website.

Student Vaccine Center

• Students of educational institutions under Dhaka North City Corporation will select "Dhaka North City Corporation" and "Dhaka School Center (North)" as the vaccination center.
• Students of educational institutions under Dhaka South City Corporation will select "Dhaka South City Corporation" and "Dhaka School Center (South)" as the vaccination center.

The vaccination date will be informed later via SMS on the mobile number provided at the registration time and the educational institution in where the students will be vaccinated will be informed later. 

Update News: জন্মনিবন্ধন সনদের মাধ্যমে সুরক্ষা অ্যাপে নিবন্ধন করে ১৫ জানুয়ারি ২০২২ এর মধ্যে ১২ থেকে ১৮ বছর বয়সী শিক্ষার্থীদের করোনার টিকা নিতে হবে।

How to Register for Student Vaccination

The students data provided by the school authority has already been updated on the surokkha database. Those whose information has been uploaded to the surokkkha.gov.bd portal will be able to register for the vaccine with the birth registration number. School Vaccine Registration can be done through the https://surokkha.gov.bd/birth-reg-enroll website. At the registration time, the student's mobile number or the parent's mobile number must be provided. Vaccine information will be sent to this number later. If you have already registered with a number, that number cannot be used.

If any student is not able to register on the site according to the information sent earlier, they have to send the correct information. Schools need to send the information in the correct format as per the previous instructions. The birth registration number should be sent in text format and the format prescribed in the Excel sheet. The date of birth should be written in yyyy-mm-dd format. The information must be sent to the student.vaccination2021@gmail.com email address.

Follow the instructions below to register the Covid-19 vaccine on the birth registration through https://surokkha.gov.bd/birth-reg-enroll website. Before registering, get a digital birth registration number and a mobile number.

1. Visit surokkha.gov.bd Portal.
2. Click on the Registration (Birth Cert.) Option.
3. Enter the Birth Registration Number and Date of Birth from the Identity Verification option.
4. Complete the security check.
5. Click the Verify button. See your detailed information.
6. Provide information like mobile number, vaccine center etc.
7. Enter the exact OTP code sent to the mobile number.
8. Click the Submit button
9. Collect vaccine cards.

Vaccine Card Download

After successfully registering with the birth registration number, the vaccine card has to be downloaded and printed. After receiving the SMS, you have to take the vaccine with the vaccine card on the scheduled date. Follow the instructions below to print and download the vaccine card.

1. Enter the surokkha.gov.bd portal.
2. Enter the Vaccine Card menu.
3. Enter the Vaccine Card Download (Birth Certificate) option.
4. Provide birth Registration Number and Date of Birth.
5. Complete the security check.
6. Download the vaccine card by entering the exact OTP number sent to the mobile number.
