The RUET Admission Application 2024-2025 will be accepted only through the online RUET website. The admission form for Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology can be filled out through the admission.ruet.ac.bd website.
Applicants under the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering and Mechanical Engineering at Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology RUET have to apply within the stipulated time frame. The applicant has to participate in the admission test.
The Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology Admission Circular has not been published yet. After the publication of the HSC and Equivalent Result, the RUET admission Circular will be published. The admission notice will mention the application deadline, application eligibility etc. Detailed prospectus will also be published along with the admission circular. The detailed prospectus will contain detailed rules for admission application, Admission Test Marks Distribution, Question Pattern etc.
Admit Card will be published after the application deadline. The applicant must participate in the admission test through the admit card. Detailed seat plan will be published before the admission test. The RUET Admission Test Result will be published at the end of the admission test.

A-Group has Engineering Departments and Urban and Regional Planning Departments, B-Group has Engineering Departments, Urban and Regional Planning Departments and Architecture Departments in Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology. The total number of seats in all the department is 1235. Of these, 5 seats are reserved for quotas.

Undergraduate Admission Eligibility
- The candidate must be a Bangladeshi citizen.
- The candidate must have passed the Secondary or equivalent examination in 2021 from any Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board/Madrasa Education Board/Technical Education Board of Bangladesh with at least GPA 4.00 or equivalent grade.
- The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination in 2024 or obtained ‘A’ level certificate in November 2023 or later.
- The candidate must have passed the Secondary or equivalent examination from any Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board/Madrasa Education Board/Technical Education Board of Bangladesh with at least GPA 4.00 or passed in equivalent examination with at least equivalent grade.
- The candidate must have passed the Higher Secondary/Alim/equivalent examination from any Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board/Madrasa Education Board/Technical Education Board of Bangladesh with at least 18.00 GPA in four subjects namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English or passed in equivalent examination from foreign education board with at least equivalent grade in the said subjects. However, GPA of less than 4.00 in four subjects namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English will not be accepted individually.
- If the candidate has passed GCE ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Level, he/she must have passed at least five subjects with minimum ‘B’ grade in GCE ‘O’ Level examination to participate in the admission test.

Eligible Students Can Apply through https://admission.ruet.ac.bd/. Fill up the Application form with HSC Roll, Registration Number, Passing Year, Education Board, SSC roll, Registration Number, Passing Year, Education Board. Applicant Must upload a Studio Quality Photo (Height- 575 to 625 pixels, Width- 415 to 475 pixels, Size less than 100KB, JPG Format). After Complete the Online Application you will be received a Bill Number to Pay the Admission Test Fees.
