- Fill up the Application Form within your Particulars like Name, Fathers Name, Mothers Name, Present Address, Permanent Address, Date of Birth, Academic Information and Other Necessary Information.

- Upload a Color Photographs into 300x300 pixel within 100KB in JPG Format and Upload a Signature into 300x80 pixel within Maximum 60KB and JPG Format.

- Print out your Applicant Copy if is it Possible and Complete your Payment of Application Fees.
