- Download Application Form from www.prison.gov.bd and Fill-up the Application form with Required Information and Send it to the Following Address by Postal Service.
- Send Treasury Challan 100 taka for 01 to 15 Number Positions and 50 Taka for 16 Number Position and a Return Envelope with 4 Taka Revenue Ticket.
- Past 04 Copy Color Photographs in 5x5 cm Size.
- There are no need to send any Papers without Treasury Challan and Envelope with Application.
