Polytechnic Admission Result 2020-21 | BTEB Admission

The Polytechnic Admission Result 2020-21 has been published. All the merit lists and waiting lists have already been published. Admission process has also been completed from merit list and waiting list. The remaining seats are now being filled by First come first Served (FCFS) Process.

Those who are still on the waiting list will be able to apply First Come First Serve. GPA 5.00 to 4.30 Applicants can apply from October 11 to October 19. Candidates with GPA 4.29 to 4.00 can apply from 14th October to 19th October and GPA from 3.99 to 3.50 candidates can apply from 17 October to 19 October. Candidates must be confirmed their selection within 24 hours of applying. The final admission must be on 20 October 2020. To apply, visit http://app.btebadmission.gov.bd/fcfs.aspx website. Apply with the required information and complete the confirmation within 24 hours.

Earlier, the Polytechnic Waiting List Result published on 3 October 2020. Applicants can change their preference order by viewing the list of vacant seats before the results are released. Candidates selected for admission have to confirm the selection and complete the admission in the concerned institution between 03/10/2020 to 05/10/2020. Thereafter, from 06/10/2020, the waiting list for the remaining vacant seats in the First Come First Serve (FCFS) system will be given to the candidates for admission.

The third phase application result, 3rd merit list and waiting list published on September 21, 2020. The 2nd migration result also published on September 21, 2020. Those who will get a place in the third merit list will have to confirm the admission between 21st September and 22nd September. Failure to confirm admission within this period will result in cancellation of the selection.

Earlier on 30 August, 2020 the Government Polytechnic Institute of Bangladesh 1st Phase Result was published, the 2nd Merit list was published on 11 September 2020. The 1st and 2nd merit list of Polytechnical was published through SMS and website. Govt. Polytechnic Admission Result are Prepared based on SSC and Equivalent Exam Result. There are no Admission test ware taken. The Private Polytechnic Admission Result are also be Published based SSC and Equivalent Examination Result and, there are no admission test will be taken.

Polytechnic Admission Result for Diploma in Engineering Courses will be published simultaneously in Government Polytechnic Institute, Technical School and College, VTTI and Bangladesh Institute of Marine Technology.

Applicants selected in the 3rd merit list will be able to confirm admission from 21 September. Admission can be confirmed till September 22. Confirmation can be done by paying Tk. 385 through bKash, Rocket or SureCash.

The Polytechnic Admission Result for the third phase application will be published on September 11 and the results of the third phase application will be published on September 21, 2020. In the third phase, those who get a place in the merit list will have to confirm the admission between 21 and 22 September. In addition, those who get a place in the merit list in the third phase will have to confirm the admission between 21st September to 22nd September.

Students must complete admission in Government Polytechnic / TSC / Institute of Marine Technology between 23rd September to 30th September. Failure to the Admission within this timeframe, the students will be void from admission Process. The Vacant seat will be filled from waiting list. Students from the waiting list (If seats are available) will be called for admission from 1st October to 10 October.

Earlier, the admission application for public and private polytechnic institutes started from August 9. Admission application ends on 26 August 2020 at 11:59 p.m. This year, the first time online application was accepted through a common platform for the 4 years diploma courses of polytechnic, marine, textile and others.

For the first time this year, there was no age limit for admission in government polytechnic institutes. This means that at any age from now on you can be admitted to the Diploma in Engineering course.

How to Know Polytechnic Admission Result 2020

Polytechnic Admission Result 2020-21 of all public and private polytechnic institutes, institutes of marine technology and TSC in Bangladesh will be published through SMS and website. The result will be informed by sending an SMS to the applicant's mobile number on the scheduled date.

The results will also be published on the Bangladesh Technical Education Board's admission website btebadmission.gov.bd. The applicant will be able to know his/her result with roll and registration number.

The successful applicant has to confirm the admission within the stipulated time. Failure to confirm admission within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of the nomination and it will be called for admission from waiting list.

Final admission will be completed after the publication of government polytechnic admission result. Diploma in Engineering results will be finalized through a total of 3 merit lists and two migrations. Technical colleges and polytechnics have to complete the final admission of XI Class between 23rd September to 30th September. At the time of final admission, the candidate has to appear in person and complete the admission.

Polytechnic Admission Confirmation

• Type "288" instead of "Enter Biller ID".
• Enter "R + Passing year + first three letters of board name + SSC / equivalent roll number" in place of Enter Bill number (Write each without space).

Polytechnic Admission Circular 2020-2021

Bangladesh Polytechnic Institute Admission Circular 2020 has been published. Directorate of Technical Education published Polytechnic Admission notice for Diploma in engineering courses for the session of 2020-2021. Eligible students can apply through online from 9  August 2020 to 26 August 2020 for First Phase, 5 September to 8 September for Second Phase and 15 September to 18 September for Third Phase. After that, Polytechnic Admission Result will be Published after completion of each application. There is no opportunity to apply manually or directly by institute or polytechnic institution without online system. There is same time frame for both shifts. If someone are interested to apply for First and Second shift they need to complete the online application within this time frame.

Eligibility:

• Minimum total GPA 3.50 required in SSC or Equivalent Level for male candidates.
• Minimum total GPA 3.00 required in SSC or Equivalent level for Female Candidates.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 required in Mathematics or higher mathematics.
• For ‘O’ Level Students, minimum One C and two ‘D’ grades required with mathematics.
• Bangladesh Technical Education Board Approved Institutions Students are eligible for Diploma in engineering course that passed 2 years trade course.

Application form

Before Apply for First or Second Shift applicant must pay their Application fees first. Pay 150 Taka for Single Shift and Pay 300 taka for both shifts by Dutch Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (Rocket) or Sure cash. To Pay the Application fees follow the Instruction below.

Before apply online for First, Second or both shifts, applicant need to complete their payment first. Application fees must be paid through DBBL (Rocket) or Sure Cash. Single shift charge is 150 taka and 300 taka for both shifts. One candidate can apply for either shift or single shift. 4. Select “Self/ Other” (if others, provide Mobile Number)
5. Type Biller ID 220
6. Type Bill Number as <passing year><Board Code><Roll><shift> (example: 2020DHA123456A)
7. Input amount (150 taka for Single Shift and 300 Taka for both shift)
8. Input your Rocket PIN Number and confirm the payment.

• Reserved DBBL Transaction ID. It will be required on online application form on next step.
• Please note that, Board Short code is First three letter of your Education Board name.

Apply Instruction

After complete the payment, applicant needs to fill-up the online application form with required information with following procedure for polytechnic admission.

1. Visit www.btebadmission.gov.bd and Click “Polytechnic-TSC (Diploma) Admission” and Open Application Form.
2. Type your SSC Roll, SSC Board, SSC Pass Year and Registration Number.
3. Go to Next Step and Input your Transaction Code which one you received after complete the payment.
4. Upload a recent Passport Size Color photograph within 50KB in JPG Format.
5. Prepare your Institute and department choice (Preference List).
6. If all information is correct submit your application form.
7. If required you can edit your application for before final submission.
8. After Submission you can be edit your preference list twice by login with your transaction id and particulars.
9. If online application form submission is successful, you will receive a PIN Number. Reserved this PIN Number to edit your application form (if required) and future references.
