Our MT Program is designed to develop incumbent with complete knowledge of Banking Business and operations. You will get exposure in different functions of the Bank. Our vision is to nurture you as future leaders of the Bank.

What We Offer a 2 (two years Training Period a Monthly Consolidated Salary of BDT 45,000.00 during the training period On successful completion of training period, MTs' will be directly absorbed as Executive Officer under regular pay scale with Monthly gross salary of BDT 62,000.00 and other benefits as per Bank's Policy
 

Eligibility

• MBM/MBA/Masters in any discipline from any recognized Public/Private/Foreign University
• At least 3 (three) 1st Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA in entire academic record
• Minimum "5 B" in O-Level and "2 B" in A-Level (in case of English Medium Students)
• Only published results are acceptable
• Not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as on last date of application.
• Maximum age limit for descendants of Freedom Fighter/Martyr Freedom Fighter is 32 (thirty-two) years.
• Management trainee recruitment is done meeting the following academic criteria:

**At least 3 (three) 1st Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA in entire academic record will make you eligible to apply

• Without meeting above criteria, none can submit the cv for management trainee entry recruitment.

• AGE  Age not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as on last date of application. Maximum age limit for descendants of Freedom Fighter/Martyr Freedom Fighter is 32 years.
