The KUET Admission Circular 2024-2025 has been Published on the admission.kuet.ac.bd website. The Khulna University of Engineering and Technology Admission Notice has been published for Undergraduate Programs. The Admission Form can be filled out for online BSc Engineering, BURP, and BARC courses.
20,000 applicants will be given the opportunity to take the admission test. The Eligible candidates list will be published after the application deadline. Only eligible candidates can download the admit card, including the admission test date and other information.
The Seat Plan will be published before the admission test, and the admission test results will be published after the test.
KUET Admission Test Date has been Assigned on 11 January 2025. Detailed admission notice and admission test date will be announced after the HSC Result 2024. A detailed prospectus will be published along with the admission notice. The prospectus will mention the application process, admission test marks distribution and admission test question pattern.

Khulna University of Engineering and Technology has 16 departments in Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. There are 1065 seats in all sections, 5 of which are reserved for quota.

Application Eligibilities
Students must meet to be eligible to apply for the KUET Admission Test 2024-2025.
- The applicant must have passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent examination in 2021 or 2022 from any Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board/ Madrasa Education Board/ Technical Education Board of Bangladesh with a minimum GPA of 4.00 or equivalent grade.
- The applicant must have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent examination in 2024 or have obtained an ‘A’ Level certificate in November 2023 or later.
- The applicant must have passed the SSC or equivalent examination with a minimum GPA of 4.00 in Mathematics or have obtained an equivalent grade in a similar examination.
- The applicant must have passed the HSC/Alim/equivalent examination from any Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board/ Madrasa Education Board/ Technical Education Board of Bangladesh with a minimum total GPA of 18.00 (eighteen) in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English, or have obtained an equivalent grade in these subjects from a foreign education board. In addition, applicants for admission to the Biomedical Engineering department must have a minimum GPA of 4.00 in Biology in their HSC or equivalent examination.
Apply Instruction
- Visit admission.kuet.ac.bd and fill out the Application Form with the required information.
- Upload Photographs in 300×350 within 75 KB in JPG Format and Upload a Signature in 300×80 pixel within maximum 20KB in JPG Format.
- Press the Preview Button and Preview your Application Carefully. If you need to correct any information, otherwise press the Submit button.
- If you submit your Application form, you will receive an Application Number and a Password. Print out the Confirmation Page.
- Log in with your application number and password to complete your payment and print out the receipt for the application form.
Payment Instruction
The Applicant Must Pay the Application Fees via Dutch Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (Rocket). To Pay the Application Fees by Rocket, follow the instructions below.
- Dial *322# and Select 1 for Payment.
- Select 1 for Bill Pay
- Enter Biller ID as 350
- Enter the Bill Number as Your Application SN
- Enter the Amount for your Unit (eg. 800)
- Input your Mobile Banking PIN Number and Complete your Payment.
Admission Test Marks Distribution
- Exam type: MCQ
- Exam Duration: 3 Hours.
- Total Marks: 500
- Cut Marks: 25% for every wrong Answer

KUET Eligible List will be Published on 30 December 2024 for the Admission Test. Eligible Candidates can download their admit cards from admission.kuet.ac.bd by logging in with Application No. and Password. Download the Admit Card from the Student’s Dashboard and Print it out in Color on A4 Size 80gsm Paper.
