It is to be noted that the application for admission of Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University was started on 17 October. The application ends on 27 October 2022. There are 5 units in this university. Admission results have been published for all the units. The total number of seats in A, B, C, D and E units is one thousand 60. There are 272 seats for science, 540 for Humanities and 248 for commerce.
A-Unit has 55 seats in Bangla Language and Literature and 50 seats in English Language and Literature. There are also 50 seats in the philosophy of this unit.
B Unit has 40 seats in Computer Science and Engineering, 40 seats in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 40 seats in Environmental Science and Engineering and 60 seats in Statistics.
Unit C has 50 seats in Accounting Science and Information Systems, 50 seats in Finance and Banking, 50 seats in Human Resources and 50 seats in Management.
Unit D also has 50 seats in Economics, 50 in Public Administration and Government Management, 50 in Law and Justice, 50 in Development and 50 in Social Sciences.
The e-unit has 55 seats in music, 40 seats in fine arts, 25 seats in theater and performance studies and 25 seats in film and media studies.
JKKNIU Admission Circular 2022
Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University Admission Circular 2022 has been published. This notice was published on 11 October, 2022. Only students participating in the GST admission test can apply. Admission form must be filled online.
The unit based seats and eligibility have been disclosed along with the admission circular. Admission prospectus also contains application process, application fee and all other information.
Application Eligibility
Applicants must pass SSC / Equivalent Examination in 2017, 2018 or 20198 and HSC / Equivalent Examination in 2020 or 2021. Separate qualifications have also been sought for each department.
Students participating in the GST exam must get a minimum score of 30. However, for those who have a quota, the minimum score should be 28.
JKKNIU Admission Form
Students will be able to apply through the gstadmission.jkkniu.edu.bd website. Application forms can be filled from 17 October 2022 to 27 October 2022. To apply you will need GST Admission Test Unit, Admission Test Roll and HSC Registration Number. Also, if there is a quota, quota information and other information will be required.
Application fee has to be paid through mobile banking while applying online. Each unit has to pay an application fee of Tk. 400 excluding charges.
