Eligible candidates can be downloaded it from the Admit Card menu of the Central Tax Survey Zone, Dhaka Recruitment website.Only eligible candidates will be informed about the exam date, time and Exam center name and address through SMS. It can be downloaded through the ctsz.teletalk.com.bd [Click Here to Download] website. The login option of this website can be downloaded with user ID and password. Candidates will be provided user ID, password and download link through SMS. It can also be downloaded by logging in with the user ID and password that the candidate got after applying online.
If a candidates loses their user ID and password, it can be recovered from the recovery option of the same website.

- Fill-up the Application form with Required Information.
- Upload your Color Photo and Signature. Photo Size 300x300 pixel, maximum 100kb and JPG Format. Signature size 300x80 pixel, maximum 60KB and JPG Format.
- Submit Application form after Preview and Print out the Applicant Copy by Download.

After successfully complete the Online Application pay the Application fees with following format. Application fee must be paid by Teletalk Prepaid Mobile Phone.
