Chittagong Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) is a demutualized and an automated bourse in Bangladesh. Since its inception CSE has always been pioneer in adopting new art of sendees to serve investors and other stakeholders to enrich the capital market of Bangladesh.

CSE has a very strong team of professionals and provides excellent working environment to its Human Resources. CSE invites applications from the competent leaders for the position of Senior Officer and Assistant Manager to ensure compliance with the Code of Corporate Governance by tire listed companies. Tire position reports to Head of Corporate Finance Department.

Major Roles/ Responsibilities

Senior Officer (corporate Finance Department)	To review Financial Statements of tire listed companies in line with the requirements of IFRS/BFRS/BAS, Companies Act, 1994 and other related laws/rules/regulation/notification prevailed/ in force for the listed companies; To review compliance of Corporate Governance Guidelines (CGG) issued by BSEC; To prepare monthly departmental report for BSEC; Communicate companies as and when required to carry out the core job;
Senior Officer -Investors Complaints & Arbitration	To Support day to day Regulatory Affairs of CSE Regulatory Affairs Division (RAD); To take preventive measures towards regulatory risk of CSE and its jurisdiction; To initiate legal action against tire violations of laws, rules and regulations; Identify tire enforcement provisions to respond to investors’ complaints; Ensure timely actions are filed and effective results are achieved in RAD; Timely feedback on status of pending cases and liaison with tire relevant authorities.
Assistant Manager	To review Financial Statements of tire listed companies in line with the requirements of IFRS/BFRS/BAS, Companies Act, 1994 and other related laws/rules/regulation/notification prevailed/ in force for the listed companies; To review compliance of Corporate Governance Guidelines (CGG) issued by BSEC; To prepare monthly departmental report for BSEC; Communicate companies as and when required to carry out the core job;

Educational Qualification and Experience

Senior Officer - corporate Finance Department	Senior Officer -Investors Complaints & Arbitration	Assistant Manager
MBA on Finance/ Accounting from reputed public or private university Application level Completed of Chartered Accountancy (CA) course. The position needs reasonable level of knowledge and competency on IFRS/BFRS/IAS/BAS, Corporate governance and securities laws as applicable in Bangladesh.	Graduation in Law and LLM from well reputed Public/Private University. The position needs in-depth knowledge on securities laws of Bangladesh.	To review Financial Statements of tire listed companies in line with the requirements of IFRS/BFRS/BAS, Companies Act, 1994 and other related laws/rules/regulation/notification prevailed/ in force for the listed companies; To review compliance of Corporate Governance Guidelines (CGG) issued by BSEC; To prepare monthly departmental report for BSEC; Communicate companies as and when required to carry out the core job;

Assistant Manager

MBA on Finance/ Accounting from reputed public or private university

Graduation in Law and LLM from well reputed Public/Private University.
