Apply Instruction:

Interested and Eligible Candidates can apply through online. To Apply Online follow the instruction below.

1. Visit www.communityclinic.gov.bd and Click Online Application Form
2. Fill-up the Application form with Required Information.
3. Upload your Color Photo and Signature. Photo Size 300x300 pixel, maximum 100kb and JPG Format. Signature size 300x80 pixel, maximum 60KB and JPG Format.
4. Submit Application form after Preview and Print out the Applicant Copy by Download.

Payment Instruction:

After successfully complete the Online Application pay the Application fees with following format. Application fee must be paid by bKash.

1. Dial *247#
2. Select “Payment”
3. Type 01795551432 as Merchant Account.
4. Type 117.50 as Amount.
5. Input your Application ID as References ID.
6. Enter 1 as Counter Number.
7. Input your Mobile Banking PIN Number.

Community Clinic Admit Card Download:

Community Clinic Admit Card has been Published. Directorate General of Health Services also Published Exam Date and Schedule for CHCP Recruitment 2018. Examination will be held on 20 July 2018. Exam Time 10 AM to 11 AM. CHCP Admit Card can be Download from 04 June 2018 to 15 June 2018, 5PM. After the Deadline, there are no Opportunity to Download Admit Card. To Download Admit Card visit www.communityclinic.gov.bd and Login with your Mobile Number and Password. If you lost or forgot your Password you can Recover it from Password Recovery Option. There are also an option to recover Application ID. Eligible Candidates will be notified by Mobile Phone SMS to Download Admit Card. You will be found details Instruction and Update information on Official Website.

Community Clinic Seat Plan:

Community Clinic Viva Voce will be started from 15 October 2018 for the Post of Community Health Care Provider (CHCP). Candidates who are qualified in written exam they are eligible for Exam. Community based health care authority has been Published Detailed Seat plan for viva voce. There are total 5821 Candidates will be seat for Viva Voce. Community Clinic Result has been Published for the Post of Community Health Care Provider. There was Total 89456 Candidates and Total 5821 Candidates are pass in Written Test.
