Class 5 Scholarship 2023

In other years, the primary scholarship was awarded to the Class Five Students through the Primary Education Completion Examination Result. This procedure starts to be followed from the commencement of primary education completion examination. Earlier, scholarships were given to students through a examination.

The PEC (Primary Education Completion) Examination was then postponed and later canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, the decision to take the Class 5 scholarship examination was made. In view of this, the scholarship examination was held in 2022, after 13 years. This exam took place on December 30, 2022. The exam is taken simultaneously all over Bangladesh. Students participate in a scholarship exam of 100 marks. Examinations are held in Bengali, English, mathematics, and science subjects.

There are 20 percent of students from each school who are given the opportunity to participate in the scholarship examination. Each school selects students for the scholarship examination through the Class Five annual examination in 2022. A total of 6 lakh students from all government primary schools in Bangladesh participated in this scholarship examination this year. This exam was held for 2 hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., on December 30.

Class 5 Scholarship Result 2023

Class 5 Scholarship Result 2023 has been released today on 28 February 2023. This is basically Class 5 scholarship result 2022. A total of 82,383 students have been given scholarships through this. Out of this, 33 thousand students have been given Talent pool scholarship and 49 thousand 383 students have been given general scholarship. 300 taka per month will be given to Talent pool scholarship students. Students receiving general scholarship will be paid Tk. 225 per month. This money will be given to the students to continue their further education. A certificate will also be issued to all the scholarship awarded students. Quota system is followed for preparation and publication of primary scholarship results. Scholarships have been distributed according to the upazilla based quota system. Also 50 percent scholarship for girl students and 50 percent scholarship for boy students quota system has also been maintained.
