Admission Related Instructions
Introduction: Congratulations to the candidates who have been finally selected for admission to the Master of Peace, Conflict and Human Rights Studies Program (Session: 2020-202 IB).
The selected candidates shall have to report to room number- 1215, 12th floor. Academic Block, BUP between 9:00 am and 1:30 pm from 02 February to 10 February 2021 on working days to complete admission formalities.
Sequence of Admission Activities: The candidates must collect Admission Form, Registration Form, Student ID Card Form and Money Deposit Slip for payment of fees.
Payment Schedule: Candidates shall have to deposit tuition and other fees using ‘'Money Deposit Slip”, provided by BUP office. Money Deposit Slip will be issued in Candidates name. The payment can be made at any branch of Trust Bank; preferably, Mirpur Branch, Dhaka or Trust Bank Booth located at MIST, Mirpur Cantonment. Students must collect deposit slip from the bank as they will have to deposit the same to the department for completing admission formalities.
Finally, the candidates will report to Room Number- 1215,12 floor, Academic Block, BUP and deposit documents for completion of admission process:
1) Admission Form duly filled up.
2) Registration Form duly filled up.
3) Student ID Card Form duly filled up.
4) Money deposit slip/receipt of the bank.
5) 5 Copies of passport size colored photo.
6) Attested photocopies of all academic certificates and mark sheets should be attached with the registration form. If any student has foreign degree, he/she must provide equivalent certificate form concerned authority in Bangladesh.
Class is scheduled to start from 12 February 2021. You have to complete admission formalities before commencement of class.
