Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) Admission Circular 2024-25 has been published. The BUP Admission Form 2024-2025 can be filled out from 08 November 2024 to 22 November 2024 through the admission website admission.bup.edu.bd. A detailed prospectus with the undergraduate admission notification has been published. The prospectus details the eligibility and information for admission to the Faculty of Business Studies, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies, and Faculty of Science and Technology.
After the online admission application, the eligible candidates lists will be published. Only eligible candidates can download the admit card and participate in the admission test. The admit card will contain the admission test date and other information.
Separate seating plans will be published before the admission test for the FASS, FBS, FSSS, and FST units. BUP admission test results will be published after the admission test. Admission will be completed based on the merit list.

BUP Admission Test Schedule 2024-25
The admission test of the University of Professionals will start on 13 December 2024. The written examination will be held in two shifts every day. The exam will end on 14 December 2024. Let’s take a look at the faculty based admission test schedule.

Eligibility for BUP Undergraduate Admission
To participate in BUP Admission Test 2025, students have to fulfill the prescribed eligibility conditions. Bangladesh University of Professionals has already published the details of unit based eligibility. If you are eligible then you can apply for one or more units.
Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS)
- A candidate must have passed SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent examinations from any department/group.
- Science group candidates must have a total GPA of 9.00 in SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent exams with a minimum GPA of 4.50.
- Business Studies group candidates must have a total GPA of 8.50 in SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent exams with a minimum GPA of 4.00 each.
- Humanities group candidates must have a total GPA of 8.00 in SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent exams with a minimum GPA of 4.00 each.
- Candidates for General Certificate of Education (GCE) O and A levels must have passed a minimum of 05 (five) and 02 (two) subjects, respectively with a total of 26.5 points based on the following scale:

Note: Grading points less than ‘D’ will not be considered for calculation.
- Candidates coming from International Baccalaureate (IB) must have passed a minimum of 06 (six) subjects with a minimum of 30 points based on the rating scale (7, 6, 5, 4) used in their curriculum. Rating points 1, 2 and 3 will not be considered in the calculation.
- Candidates have to participate in the written test (MCQ) of 80 marks. ICE (ICE) elective students must have Mathematics in HSC and those who will choose Environmental Science must have Biology (Compulsory/Optional (4th subject)) in HSC. Those who will choose both ICE and Environmental Science must have both Mathematics and Biology at the HSC level.
BUP Admission Form 2025
Students who want to participate in the admission test of various programs of Bangladesh University of Professionals have to apply online. A separate application fee has to be paid for applying to each unit. The rules for filling the application form are as follows.
- The application processing fee is Tk 1100.00 (only seven hundred and fifty taka) for each program.
- The application processing fee has to be deposited online through your preferred card/mobile financial services/internet banking. Service charge applicable. Detailed payment methods can be found on the admission website admission.bup.edu.bd under the “How to Apply” link.

BUP Eligible Candidates List 2025
Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) list of eligible candidates for the written examination 2025 has been published today on 27 November 2024. Only eligible candidates will be able to participate in the admission test. To participate in the admission test, they will be able to download the admit card by logging in with their user ID and password. BUP Admit Card 2025
Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) Admit Card 2025 has been published. All candidates have to download the admit card to participate in the admission test 2024-25. Only eligible candidates will be able to download the admit card for the admission test. BUP admission test admit card can be downloaded from 05 December 2024 till the exam date.
Applicants have to log in to the admission bup edu bd website and download separate admit cards for each unit. No candidate will be allowed to participate in the admission test without the admit card. The date of the admission test, center, and seating plan will be mentioned in the admit card. Candidates have to participate in the admission test according to the scheduled seating plan.
How to download the BUP admit card?
Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) admit card 2025 can be downloaded from the admission website admission.bup.edu.bd. To download the BUP Admit Card 2025, you need to log in with user name and password. Separate admit cards have to be downloaded for each faculty.
